Express Homebuyers, the largest "fixer and flipper" of investment property on the East Coast, is opening up a branch in Baltimore in January of 2009.

We're currently looking for "on the ground" partners to work with to start replicating the success that we've had "finding, fixing and flipping" houses in DC, Maryland, and Virginia over the past 5 years (500 deals and counting...).

We have four different programs available:

1. Our "Finding and Flipping" Apprentice Program where we work with new investors to identify prospective rehab properties, put them under contract, and "wholesale" them for big profits.

2. Our "Investing Agent" Program where we help agents double, triple, quadruple their annual transactions by working SMART with investors. (NOTE: We're also looking for brokers who want to "corner the market" by becoming Express Homebuyer's Partner Broker in Baltimore)

3. Our "Rehab Investors Masters Program" (Feb 09) where we bring successful rehab/investors from all over the country to spend 4 days with our founders, acquisitions and renovations stff, and our professional team to learn "step by step" how we built Express Homebuyers into a $25 million dollar company averaging 10 profitable rehabs per month

4. Our "Intern/Volunteer" Program where you help us lay the groundwork for our 1st informational meeting in January. If you are hosen as one of our interns, we will provide you free access to our Wholesaler Apprentice Program (a $1997 value) in exchange for assisting with the territory launch promotion and logistics.
